Here's the story of Eugene and Evelyn Quinain, our featured couple based in United Kingdom:

It all started with a simple acquaintance on the telephone, when a common friend let us (Eugene & Evelyn) speak and say hello to each other. Then our voices became music to our ears, spending up to 8 hours, chatting on the phone everyday.

October 19, 1997, when Eugene was asked to come over to my (Evelyn's) house without knowing that it's my birthday party. Finally, we met each other in person. During the party, Eugene was asked to sing a song for me and he sang "You're my Everything by Santa Esmeralda", which is one of the songs in our wedding.

From then on, we started seeing each other quite often until the 16th of January, 1998 when we became sweethearts, permitting our relationship to grow.

For 9 months, we were inseparable. On October 30, 1998 we made a vow to each other. A very simple civil wedding happened. Because there was not enough time for the preparation, only our family and close relatives witnessed the ceremony. No wedding rings prepared either.

7 years later, we are now blessed with two beautiful children, our dream big church wedding was planned. Having our two sons carry our treasures and symbol of love. Our dream wedding rings were made possible and was highlighted by MATUS JEWELLERY. (Note: We only learned about them while browsing the internet since we are based in U.K.) Their expertise and craftsmanship is over the top. Very professional and just won't simply stop until their clients were absolutely satisfied.

On this church blessing (during the preparations), we discovered from our birth certificates that our respective mother's obstetrician (not the same doctor) were both named Evelyn (also from whom the bride's name was taken from). Our baptismal certificates tell that we were both baptized at St. Michael's Church (on different location but with the same church name). And finally, the church where Evelyn had her Confirmation was exactly the same church where Eugene had his when he was months old.

Is this just a coincidence or we're simply destined for each other?
